TERMINOLOGY:

Tiger stance – Bum sugi
Scissors block – Ka wee maki

STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO UNDERSTAND AND EXECUTE BASIC COMMANDS:

Kicking:

Three station breaking including one back kick

Roundhouse kick – Turning kick – High turning kick combination
